A few weeks ago I shot some engagement photos at the Lab (anti mall) in Costa Mesa.  This session was particularly special because Craig and Christina are very close family friends, the kind that are probably more family than friend.

I get asked all the time Do you know anywhere “URBAN” we can shoot our engagement photos.

Ed and Mary’s awesome ceremony was at Archangel Michael Coptic Orthodox Church, Santa Ana, CA  with a Turnip Rose Wedding Reception.. Even though I shoot at the Turnip Rose quite often, this was my first Coptic Wedding, it was really great to see all of the traditions and chants etc .   I have a lot of respect for couples that align their beliefs and lifestyles.

Last Saturday at the Harbor Side Pavilion in Balboa Beach, I had the chance to be a part of the most fun, relaxed, feel good wedding ever.  It is always great when you find a couple that is about each other and getting married vs having a production.

To be honest it is the first time ive seen someone cornhole anywhere
