Summer Wedding at Shutters on the Beach – Laura and Michael in Santa Monica California

Another great couple, at a fantastic venue with an amazing wedding planner. Kelsey with Kelsey Events crafted a great event (as always) at Shutters on the beach in Santa Monica. I love having great vendors at weddings because you know that your couple will be taken care of and Kelsy is one of the best in the OC!

Laura looked fabulous and Michael had was a great sport, working the crowd during the entire reception. It was great seeing Michael and Stephanie Costa who were married in Calistoga exactly a year ago today!!!! Happy Anniversary!

Shady Canyon Wedding in Irvine – Glenn and Brooke

Take an incredibly good looking bride and groom, place them at their family’s estate in Shady Canyon… add in Lisa Moon Events and the nDemand band and you get a truly unforgettable evening. I cant over state the importance of a good band/DJ/M.C. as well as a quality event planner. Glenn and Brook were such an inspiration to watch… they are the kind of couple that get you pumped and inspire to enjoy your spouse that much more.

Balboa Bay Club Wedding Photos – Cindy and Andrew

The Balboa Bay Club in Newport beach was the backdrop for Cindy and Andrew’s great day. I’m so blessed to live in California and near the beach on top of that. I’ve had about 8 weddings this year that were within 20 feet from the waters of the pacific ocean. On top of a great location, I love when my couples like to have a fun time on their wedding day and this one was no exception, I think Cindy and Andrew were laughing the entire day with help from their best man Brian, (I think i even got a few laughs at his expense).

Big thanks to Shannon and Katie with Simply Exquisite Events and Abbie at the Bay Club for making the place look amazing.

Wedding at The Island Hotel – Ruth & Brian

Small, Intimate, Classy, Fun and Dance the night away… That is what I would type on Twitter if I were to describe Ruth and Brian’s wedding at the Island Hotel in Newport Beach CA. When I heard Ruth’s sister ( Paige ) was the Catering Director for the Grand Del Mar Resort in San Diego I knew the details would be taken care of.

From the most unique bouquets i’ve seen (The Island Hotel looked insanely classy), flawless faces doing another amazing job with make-up.. To Shane’s band n’Demand tearing up the dance floor as always, they even had an artist paint an onsite painting of their first dance! it was an inspiring night.. Also huge props to Victoria with Weddings by Victoria/Coronado Weddings and Jason Taylor with Taylor Films

Surf and Sand Resort Wedding – Tami & Philippe

The skies at the Surf and Sand Resort literally opened up for Tami & Philippe’s awesome day. The 2 weeks preceding had been completely overcast, but Sandy (Awesome Catering Director at the Surf and Sand) managed to find the clear skies button and the rest is history. Tami and Philippe are so much fun and had smiles that lasted all day. I even told Philippe that the flags were at half mass at Gulfstream, Landmark, and Javiar’s due to him changing his status to married, he smiled and said, “Yep i know!”.. haha such a great day, I hope you two are having a blast in St Lucia

Karissa & Jonathan’s Wedding at Los Coyotes

Karissa and Jonathan were married at a private residence in Fullerton hills with a rocking reception at Los Coyote’s country club… I love it when i get a chance to shoot friends of our family, especially when I am able to capture Dad & Daughter moments like the ones for Karissa and her Dad Alan..

Wedding at the Surf and Sand Resort – Lynn-Marie & Joseph

The Surf and Sand Resort
in Laguna Beach CA was the backdrop for Lynn-Marie and Joesph’s awesome day. The Surf and Sand is about 10-12 feet from the breaking of the ocean so this place always has a spectacular ceremony and today was no exception. Lynn-Marie and Joeseph started their day with a heart felt (yet humorous) ceremony by my main man Rev. Don Johnson. I think they are on their way to Kona so I hope they are relaxing right a about now

Coyote Hills Wedding – Tracy & Tim

Coyote Hills Golf Course is a great Gem tucked away in the Fullerton hills. I think it was 150 degrees outside the day Tracy and Tim were married, but they were troopers.. We actually did photos in a few shifts to ensure that they did not melt.

Newport Beach Marriott Wedding – Lekha & Pradeep

Lekah & Pradeep were married on the 4th of July at the Newport Beach Marriott Wedding. I think I’d overheard someone say that 75% of the guest list were Dr’s (BOTH Lekha & Pradeep are Dr’s). Such a kind, and thoughtful family on both sides, another one that you are just glad to be a part of!
