I had the pleasure to drive up to beautiful Carmel California this weekend (or so called Carmel By the Sea i guess). Ryan, Jessica, and I had a great time. It was one of those days where it is overcast the whole day, and then it seems the clouds opened up for some great light. Even though the sun came out, it still felt about -40 below!!!! and on top of it being sooooooo cold, Jessica was a trooper and played in the water anyway. I have to admit that I was a little bummed at the temperature because I know they really would have got soaked in so-cal (I think i might lure them down for a 2nd shoot just to have fun). All in all it was a great trip and a pleaseure to be around Jessica and Ryan. I can tell they are a couple with great character and attention to detail. Listening to their plans for the wedding, I am positive their guests are going to have a BLAST!!!

I can’t share Angela and David’s photos with out telling you a little about how they met. To spare the details lets say they had to swim home after their friend’s boat left them stranded in the newport harbor. David, you are a lucky guy.. any woman that would swim in sub zero waters after dark.. definitely a keeper. We had a blast in Little Corona, and here is the evidence. dont they make a cute couple!

Ok first of al i apologize for slacking of and not blogging many 2008 weddings. can you believe it is only March and Im behind on my blog AND the season hasn’t really kicked in yet. That said, Toby and Shea are such a great couple to start things back up with, we had a blast in laguna last month. I love shooting our engagements in Laguna, I have to pinch myself at times as it is hard to believe we are blessed with this scenery in socal

Jessica and Matt had a blast in HB last week. I have to tell you this engagement session cost me $400 as soon as my wife saw how cute Jessica’s Beach Cruiser was… She probably got 20 compliments in the 1hr we were shooting
