Engagement Photos in Fresno CA – Kristy and DeWayne

About a year ago I was able to photograph Ami and Kevin’s wedding here in Orange County.. In about 2 weeks I’ll have the chance to capture her brother and sister-in-law’s (DeWayne & Kristy) wedding in Fresno CA. I really like getting out of my comfort zone to shoot and I have to say the the 105 degree day in Fresno was definitely that.. I was impressed how well these two worked it considering it was hot enough to melt anything that was outside.

This wedding will be a blast, cant wait to share it with you.. See you guys in a lil over a week!

San Juan Capistrano Engagement Session – Maria & Bryan

San Juan Capistrano is always a great spot for photos. From the Mission, to the Train station and the back alley of cottage style homes and businesses, it basically has it all. Maria and Bryan worked every square inch of this place and had people checking them out the whole time!! (great job guys!)

From the moment we stepped off the Catalina Express, it was non stop shooting. Catalina Island is pretty special to Brian and Cheryl so it was a natural choice for their Engagement Photo shoot. I had a blast with these two and I have to say the camera liked them as well.

A few weeks ago I shot some engagement photos at the Lab (anti mall) in Costa Mesa. This session was particularly special because Craig and Christina are very close family friends, the kind that are probably more family than friend.

I get asked all the time Do you know anywhere “URBAN” we can shoot our engagement photos.

Malibu Engagement Photos (Cynthia & Armando)

Malibu State Creek Park was the scene of my “most adventurous” engagement photos. I think between Cynthia, Armando, and I… there was a slip in the mud, fall in the water, a stumble off a steep hill, and a trek all over the Malibu Hills for the best engagement photos.

I think the photos were worth the effort.
Although this was my first Engagement photo session in Malibu, I doubt it will be the last

Bicycles in Huntington Beach – Oscar & Leslie’s Engagement photos

Oscar and Leslie live in Huntington and are always cruising around on their bikes. When we talked about engagement photos, it was a no-brainer for them to hang out in Huntington with their Beach Cruisers. I think Huntington has the record for bikes per capita in a single city. Last time I shot an engagement n HB my wife bought a new bike 2 weeks later.
